By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any products, services, workshops, or virtual events (the "Services") provided by CalmLogic LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Workshops (individual registration)
Your seat is confirmed when payment is completed at registration. Payment is by credit or debit card through our secure checkout. Your statement will show CALMLOGIC.
Withdrawing before the program starts: cancel 7 or more days before the first session for a full refund. Cancel inside 7 days and you can choose a transfer to a future cohort at no cost, or a refund of 50%.
After the program starts: fees are non-refundable. If something significant changes mid-program, contact me and we will work out a transfer to a future cohort where possible.
Missed sessions are not refunded or prorated. Session replay access, where offered, is described in your program materials.
2. Corporate cohorts (employer-sponsored)
If your employer arranged your seat, payment and cancellation are governed by the agreement between CalmLogic and your organization. Your registration covers attendance logistics and the program consent items on the intake form. No payment terms apply to you individually.
3. All bookings
Notice means email to . If it is not in email, it did not happen; this protects both of us.
Fees for cancellations and withdrawals arising from genuine extenuating circumstances may be waived at CalmLogic's discretion. Ask.

4. Medical Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk
Educational purposes only. The Services provided by CalmLogic LLC, including but not limited to BioLogic Engineering, the logiCALMind™ Framework, breathing exercises, and professional development workshops, are strictly for educational and self-optimization purposes.
Not medical advice or treatment. CalmLogic LLC and its representatives are not acting as licensed medical professionals. Our Services do not involve the practice of medicine. We do not treat or diagnose any medical conditions. We do not administer or prescribe any medications. We do not perform manipulations or adjustments of the human skeletal structure, nor do we perform massage using implements.
Not mental health professionals. We are not licensed psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, counselors, or clinical social workers. Our Services are not a substitute for professional mental health care, psychotherapy, or trauma counseling. We do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders. If you are experiencing psychological distress, you agree to seek the care of a licensed mental health professional.
Breathing exercises and physiological response. Certain Services include guided breathing exercises, which can induce physiological and emotional responses, including but not limited to lightheadedness, tingling, or emotional release. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown. You agree to consult with a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness regimen, especially if you have a history of cardiovascular, respiratory, or psychological conditions.
5. Intellectual Property and Recording
Proprietary materials. All content, frameworks (including the logiCALMind™ Framework), digital downloads, workbooks, and materials provided during our Services are the exclusive intellectual property of CalmLogic LLC.
Limited license. You are granted a single-user, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal, internal educational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, sell, or share these materials with third parties or with non-attending personnel within your organization without express written consent from CalmLogic LLC.
Recording. Audio or video recording of any CalmLogic LLC workshop, session, or event by participants is prohibited. Where a program includes session recording, that is disclosed at registration and your consent is collected there; recordings are used only for participant replay access and internal quality assurance. Any promotional or marketing use of a recording in which you appear requires your separate written consent.
6. Code of Conduct and Operations
Right to refuse service. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a virtual or in-person session, without refund, if their behavior is disruptive, hostile, or unsafe to our staff or other participants.
Service modifications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time.
7. General Provisions
Governing law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Modifications to terms. CalmLogic LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective upon posting to our website or payment portal. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
