FOR EMPLOYERS // /employers
Burnout is an operational problem. Treat it like one.
A measured program that lowers the human cost of high-pressure work, with results you can defend in front of a CFO.
01 // THE BASE RATE
How much of your team is running hot.
Gallup's number is two in three: 23% of full-time employees report burnout very often or always, an additional 44% report as sometimes. Total 67%. Turnover, rework, and slow recovery from incidents follow; they just never appear on one invoice. The program exists to move those numbers, and to prove it moved them.
02 // THE MEASUREMENT STORY
You get numbers back, not vibes.
-
PRE / POST
A validated instrument runs before session one and after session four.
-
90-DAY FOLLOW-UP
The same instrument runs again at 90 days. If gains fade, the numbers say so.
-
GROUP NUMBERS ONLY
Reporting is anonymized and aggregate. No individual is ever reported.
The anonymity floor is a feature, not a caveat: your people can answer honestly, so your report can be real. Session recordings follow the same discipline. Replays are watch-only inside the member area, because recordings contain participants who agreed to replay and internal quality review, nothing else. A downloadable file escapes that agreement the moment it leaves the gate.
n ≥ 5
MINIMUM GROUP SIZE IN ANY REPORT
03 // ENGAGEMENT FORMATS
Four ways to run it.
- F1Full departments, leadership
The Network Upgrade
Flagship. Eight hours of workshop, usually four two-hour sessions across four weeks, but it can run as a full day or two half days. Full framework, measured.
- F2SMEs, team leads, managers
The Network Optimization
Four hours. Deeper individual work on staying clear-headed under load.
- F3Lunch and learns, team meetings
The Network Reset
Two hours. Rapid stabilization and a repeatable reset routine.
- F4Conferences, offsites
Event Services
Keynotes and conference formats, built separately. See the Events page.
Participants keep member access to replays and handouts for 12 months after their cohort's final session. Corporate agreements may negotiate longer.
04 // BUYER QUESTIONS
Is this just for IT and Engineering teams?
While the terminology is optimized for technical minds, the logiCALMind protocol is a "Universal Protocol." Every department from Finance to Sales operates on the same biological hardware. If your team deals with high-volume tasks, tight deadlines, or complex communication, they are subject to "Network Congestion." This training provides a common language for the whole company to stay calm and logical under pressure. And we can easily and happily tone down the technical rhetoric to resonate with the audience.
How is logiCALMind different from traditional "Wellness" or HR training?
Traditional training often focuses on "soft skills" in a vacuum. logiCALMind is Human Network Optimization. We treat stress as high utilization and burnout as accumulated latency. We don't just tell your team to "be less stressed"; we provide specific protocols and tools to stabilize their network so they can maintain high throughput even during a high-traffic incident.
My team is cynical about "feelings." How do you get buy-in?
We speak their language. We don't talk about "opening up"; we talk about affect labeling as a diagnostic tool. We don't do "breathing exercises"; we execute biometric overrides to clear the "buffer bloat" of the nervous system. By grounding every step in the work of scientists and PhD experts, we move the conversation from "touchy-feely" to data-driven network integrity.
We're a high-utilization shop. Can we really afford the downtime for a workshop?
The question is: Can you afford the packet loss of a burnt-out team? You're here, so I think you know the answer. A professional operating at max bandwidth with no Network Reset protocol makes mistakes, misses deadlines, and eventually drops the connection (quits). That's what I did. And I wasn't alone. Leaving was the only reset we knew how to take. Never solving the problem but at least they were turned down for a while. A workshop is preventative maintenance that reduces the risk of a Single Point of Failure, an unplanned resignation that typically costs 1.5x a salary to replace.
Does this framework replace our existing HR protocols?
Think of logiCALMind as a Network Protocol Upgrade. It doesn't replace your existing culture; it enhances the "Human Stack" so your team can actually deliver the communication and professional skills you've already invested in. It ensures the "handshake" between team members remains strong regardless of the load. This framework compliments traditional Wellness and HR programs very well.
How do we measure the "Signal Strength" of this program? How do we know it worked?
You will see a reduction in high-friction escalations, clearer communication during "Severity 1" windows, and a measurable shift in the team's ability to return to a calm baseline after a crisis. We aren't just looking for "happy" employees; we are looking for reliable, high-bandwidth contributors.
I am in HR; how do I know this is relevant and effective?
In the same way you wouldn't let a data center run without a cooling system, you shouldn't expect a high-performance team to run without a "Network Reset" protocol. Our framework is strictly professional and evidence-based; we use established neuroscience to address workplace behaviors like reactivity, communication lag, and burnout. It is designed to be a "safe-to-deploy" solution that enhances professionalism and emotional intelligence across the entire department.
